Rich and full-bodied with superb acidity and extended finish, this is an excellent example of Alsace Pinot Gris.
Offering alluring honey-coated lemongrass and spiced orchard fruit flavors, this is salty in profile, with a thread of green herbs and warm hay. Bottle age has brought nice concentration, with a vibrant beam of acidity still driving the energy. Savory and tangy, with mineral energy that stretches out. Shows good structure on the finish.
